The children
will be making comparisons between castles and modern homes.
We will be looking at the materials used, the styles of the different
buildings and the location. We

the inside of our homes and our modern comforts as a starting point.
Information
Technology
The children
will continue to develop their keyboard skills and mouse control.
Using word processing and drawing packages, they will select tools
and functions to create specific effects.

The children will be designing and building models of castles and
churches. They will develop and
practise a variety of skills and will develop their understanding of both 2D
